Responsibilities:
- Livestock Care: Assist in the care and management of livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health and wellbeing.
- Crop Cultivation: Participate in various aspects of crop cultivation, such as planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to seasonal requirements.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines and safety protocols.
- Fencing and Infrastructure: Help in the construction and maintenance of fences, sheds, and other farm infrastructure as needed.
- General Farm Maintenance: Perform general farm maintenance tasks, including cleaning animal shelters, repairing structures, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across the farm premises.
- Assist with Farm Management: Work closely with farm managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and contribute to achieving production targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in farm work or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Physical Fitness: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team Player: Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors and senior farm staff.
